  The workshop includes the general criteria for evaluating the maintenance and how to prepare the data necessary for that evaluation. - Develop preventive maintenance plans, repair maintenance, maintenance of stops and follow up of these plans and flexibility in adjusting them to meet the emergency - measuring financial and accounting performance as well as measuring performance for inventory management and availability of spare parts when required as a service level.

    Introduction and Concept: Maintenance management as a pattern of business or trade
