The emphasis in this program is towards developing a 5 year training plan for your organization that is aligned to your business needs. Participant will take away a detailed understanding of the step-by-step methodology for preparing a corporate/departmental strategic training plan. This program includes a workshop where the participant will prepare a 5 year plan for his or her organization. The participant is expected to go away with an outline of such a plan.
