About the Package

 

This training package will help educators bring STEAM into classrooms  and schools with ease. 

 

We provide professional development and educational programs to assist and support the transition to a STEAM platform. We offer three types of training packages- one for individual Educators, one for Staff, and one for whole Programs. The focus of the professional development sessions is to learn about Integrated Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts & Math Education.

 

The goal of the training package is to spark creativity and out-of-the-box thinking for both teachers and students.

 

The package will be provided  with supporting documents which cover theory, program and classroom instructions

 

 1: Introduction to STEAM Framework and Theory

 

The focus of this professional development session is to learn about Integrated Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts & Math Education

 2: Steps of Using STEAM to Create Highly-Effective Lessons

The focus of this professional development session is to explain how all the divisions of education work together.

 3: STEM and the Arts 

The focus of this professional development session is to explore the connection between the artistic process and STEM discovery.

 

The World of TOKKATSU :The Japanese Approach to Whole Child Education Training Package

 

About the Package

 

This training package will help educators gain access to the ideas that guide special activities (TOKUBETSU) in the school curriculum. These activities aim to provide educators with  one of the major foundations for whole child education in contemporary school education

 

We provide professional development and educational programs to support the Japanese model of whole child education, which is seen as the basis for not only academic development, but social, emotional, and physical development as well.

 

The goal of the training package is the cultivation of cooperative and interpersonal skills.

 

The package will be provided  with supporting documents which cover theory, program and classroom instructions.

 

 1: The World of TOKKATSU: An Introduction

 

The focus of this professional development session is to familiarize the educators with some of the major characteristics of Japanese collaborative whole child education

 2: Steps of Using Major Component of Classroom Activities

The focus of this professional development session is to create activities which centered on whole person education and building a cooperative classroom community.

 

3: Classroom Management

The focus of this professional development session is to explore the connection between TOKKATSU and classroom management.
